I was helped by a young woman that I’m sorry to say I don’t remember her name but her customer service was the best I have received in a very long time. I was in sales and a sales trainer for 27 years and I was quite pleased with her and the friendly but professional manner. Because I’m on the cusp for delivery the Web site wouldn’t process my purchase, I called the number given spoke with this woman she immediately began problem solving. Between the texts and calls she took my order set up with the delivery service and kept me well informed as we went along. Her follow up was excellent not only making sure the delivery went well but even more important she made sure I was satisfied. If this is the away she treats customers at the store or by text or phone she should be commended. Thanks for the welcome gift, it was very nice and well thought out.
